Women In Conservation

In partnership with the Everglades Foundation, Friends of Manatee Lagoon hosted the “Women in Conservation” panel discussion at Manatee Lagoon, where leading conservation experts spoke about environmental challenges in Florida. A special thank you to Florida Power & Light’s Meredith Rollo for serving as moderator, and panelists Jennifer Diaz with the Everglades Foundation; Loraé T. Simpson, Ph.D., with Florida Oceanographic Society; Rachel Shanker with Manatee Lagoon; and Hannah Campbell with Loggerhead Marinelife Center.
